After the agreed transaction and according to the signed agreement, the copyright and ownership of the commissioned work are transferred to you. I will not publicly claim the song as my own work or use the production as a portfolio piece without the agreed permission. A written agreement will define the ownership, confidentiality, deliverables and other terms of the project.

Review the production and request revisions according to the agreed revision terms.
FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY
After the remaining 50% payment is completed, receive the final files, project files, stems and agreed documentation. Copyright ownership follows the signed agreement.

Ghost production means I work behind the scenes. Once the project is completed and the agreed transfer is made, the work is treated as yours according to our written agreement. I will not come forward later to claim that I produced the song. The agreement can also cover confidentiality, credit, permitted use, deliverables and the transfer of rights.
